Understand our color system and use it as intended
Retriever’s brand colors stem from our Nordic origins and reflect colors in our Nordic landscapes, from sky and sea to sand and rocks.
The light background colors
The light colors are for backgrounds. You can also use white as your background color. Always use dark text (Retriever Blue) on the light colors.
The dark contrast colors
The dark versions are used as a contrast color for the corresponding light colors – always on small elements and never as backgrounds except for our dark blue (Retriever blue). Always use white text or icons on dark colors.
The medium blue color
In our color system, there are three variations of blue. The medium blue color is a contrast color to be used on white and the dark blue.
Never use colors other than these, except if you use our colors in graphs. The design guide explains this more fully.
Logo in interaction with colors
Our logo may only be used in dark blue (# 001f4A) and on light background colors.
In addition, the logo can be used to a lesser extent in negative and only on our dark blue color.
